Abdulaziz Kamilov receives British Senior Minister of State

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said that Baroness Sayeeda Warsi has been paying the working visit to Uzbekistan.

At the meeting, the sides considered current state and perspectives of the Uzbek-British dialogue, actual international and regional issues.

The sides underlined that the inter-state relations have positive dynamics, including in relations between parliaments and foreign affairs ministries of two nations.

It was stated that Uzbekistan and Great Britain attach priority attention to strengthening cooperation in trade-economic and investment spheres. In this context, the 20th session of the Uzbek-British Council in trade and industry with the participation of businesses and scientific-educational establishments provide real opportunity to implement new high-technologic projects in various areas of economy.
