A woman killed during a robbery at home in Nukus

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 8 April 2019, at 4:00, a murder occurred during a house robbery in Nukus, the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office said.

The owner of the house, hearing an unfamiliar voice in his house, went out in the direction of the voice and at that moment an unfamiliar face struck one blow in the right side of the chest with a knife to kill him.

Also, an unfamiliar face struck 1 blow to the left side of the chest of the wife of the owner of the house, which came to the cries for help of her husband, and then disappeared from the scene.

As a result of the injuries received, the wife of the owner of the house died on the spot, and the man was hospitalized, and as a result of the timely medical care provided, his life was saved.

On the same day, on this fact, the prosecutor’s office of the city of Nukus opened a criminal case under item “a” of part two of article 97 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. All the necessary operational and investigative actions are carried out to identify the person, who committed the crime.
