Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Beeline Uzbekistan has announced the start of accepting applications for the 16th season of Bee Generation. This paid internship program allows students to start their careers at an international company and gain valuable work experience in various business areas.

Bee Generation covers various directions, including IT, digital technologies, finance, marketing, customer experience, B2C and B2B sales, HR, PR, and legal. Within the intensive internship program, university students will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the business processes of the digital operator, participate in real projects, solve real tasks, and contribute to the development of the telecom industry in Uzbekistan.

The program is aimed at developing professional skills, solving interesting tasks, and networking with industry experts and leaders. Over the course of the Bee Generation program's existence, more than 300 students have completed internships, and more than 40% of them have been successfully employed by the company. This illustrates the program's high effectiveness and significance to both students and the company itself.
