Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan approved the regulation on the appointment of the state scholarship named after Kamoliddin Bekhzod.
In accordance with the Regulation, the State Scholarship is awarded to students of state higher educational institutions based on the results of a competition held by the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan. The scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students enrolled in the last two years of their respective specialties. The quota of the state scholarship is distributed separately for each of the following areas of study:
art;
painting;
graphics and miniatures;
sculpture;
applied arts;
design;
art history and museum business.
This list can be amended and supplemented by the Cabinet of Ministers at the beginning of each academic year on the recommendation of the Academy of Arts, depending on the expediency of changing priorities in the field of education.
