Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Following negotiations between the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the President of the Republic of Korea Yoon Seok Yol, a significant package of bilateral documents was adopted.
During the state visit, a total of 17 documents were signed, including a bilateral cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Mines and Geology and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy of the Republic of Korea on the extraction, processing of critical minerals and production of high value-added products, an agreement with KIGAM on the implementation of the Big Data grant project for digitalization and monitoring of landslides, as well as an agreement between the Ministry of Geology, the Institute of Mineral Resources and KIGAM on the geological study of promising deposits, including the search for rare minerals and conducting technological research
These documents will serve to accelerate joint projects with Korean technology and innovative companies aimed at a green future.
