A new international airport to appear in Bukhara region

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A new international airport will be built in Bukhara region.

The new airport is being created to increase the flow of foreign visitors to the region. The project cost is US$226 million.

The project provides for the creation of airport infrastructure that meets international standards. The airport will be able to serve 1.2 thousand passengers per hour.
