A national seminar on catering services in pre-school educational institutions to be held in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In order to improve the organization of catering and the use of modern methods based on international experience, an experiment “Outsourcing (based on the food processing unit of DOW organized cooking) is carried out in all regions of the country, in which it participates 60 entrepreneurs and 266 pre-school educational institutions with a total of 63,760 pupils.

These forms made it possible to optimize the working time of the head of the DOW and to devote more time to the quality of education. Data innovations in the organization of food is carefully studied and analyzed.

At present, a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan has been developed on the fundamental improvement of the system of organization of healthy nutrition in pre-school educational institutions. This takes into account the phased transition to modern methods of catering (outsourcing, catering, food combines).

In fulfillment of the tasks set by the joint resolution, the Ministry of Preschool Education and the Ministry of Health dated February 27, 2019 No. 2/36 on holding a Month of Healthy Nutrition in Preschool Educational Institutions on March 27, 2019 in the city of Tashkent by the Ministry of Preschool Education, a practical workshop on nutrition in preschool educational institutions by outsourcing problems and solutions is planned.

Representatives of the Ministry of Preschool Education, the Department of Preschool Education of the city of Tashkent, heads of healthy nutrition departments of all regions of the Republic of the system of pre-school education, heads of district departments of pre-school education of the city of Tashkent, and heads of outsourcing companies operating in all regions were invited.

The seminar will demonstrate the organization and methods of work of outsourcing companies in Tashkent.

And also to discuss problems and ways of solving them on catering in preschool educational institutions by outsourcing.

The leading engineers of baby food technologists will carry out explanatory work on the technology of cooking baby food.
