Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A meeting was held at the Central Bank of Uzbekistan with representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

The guests were informed about the macroeconomic situation in our country, the banking system and ongoing reforms in the industry, in particular, the privatization of large state-owned banks.

The parties discussed projects implemented within the framework of mutual cooperation, including the improvement of the transmission of monetary policy, the development of the money market and repo auctions.

An agreement was also reached on comprehensive cooperation in the field of green financing.
