The event was attended by deputies of the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan, representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Justice, State Committee for Development of Tourism, insurance companies, tourist organizations, entrepreneurs, and media representatives.

The participants of the round table discussed such issues as the definition of the period of rental of motor vehicles without notarization and legal status of persons who provide car rent services, procedure for insurance of leased motor vehicles, monitoring system to the entrepreneurs operating in the field of rental vehicles.

The meeting also recommended some proposals for creation of healthy competition in this area, compulsory insurance automobiles from traffic accident, entering the word "rental" in the legislation about legal registration of the lease of vehicles.

The received recommendation will be used in the finalization of this draft law, which will be considered in the second reading by the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
