A delegation of Uzbekistan visits Amita University in India

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A delegation of Uzbekistan headed by the First Deputy Minister for development of information technologies and communications Olim Umarov visited India.

The visit was organized within the framework of implementation of the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on establishment of Amiti University in Tashkent city.

The main purpose of the visit was to visit the existing campus of the Amiti University in the city of Noida (India) and to approve a joint "Roadmap", which reflects the step-by-step actions to open Amiti University in Tashkent.

The university will train specialists in the field of information and communication technologies, artificial intelligence and management.

The Indian side expressed strong intention for further fruitful cooperation with the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Study at this university will begin in September of this year.
