Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 27-28 March, a delegation of Uzbekistan led by the Chairman of the Tourism Committee Umid Shadiev took part in the international conference “Main directions and opportunities for the development of tourism in Turkmenistan” held in Ashgabat (Turkmenistan).

The conference participants were familiarized with the reforms being carried out in the tourism industry of Uzbekistan, in particular, the benefits provided to entrepreneurs and foreign investors, as well as promising areas of cooperation.

The delegation of Uzbekistan held a number of bilateral meetings with foreign partners, at which they discussed topical issues of further increasing cooperation in the field of tourism to promote tourism potential outside our country and increase the flow of tourists.
