A deal to be made with 1.26 billion shares of IC Kafolat»

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Investment intermediary Naymon Invest announced an upcoming deal for the sale and purchase of a stake in Kafolat Insurance Company.

According to the intermediary, more than 1.25 billion ordinary shares will be sold as part of the transaction, which is 2.78% of the authorized capital of Kafolat.

The price per share in the deal will be 4.42 soums per share.
