Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) –– On 14 March 2019, an unknown person stole a car in Chilanzar district of Tashkent city.
The car belonged to the resident of Bulungur district of Samarkand region, the Uzbek Interior Ministry said in a statement.
As a result of the measures taken, it was established that the car was stolen by a 20-year-old A.T., residing in Almazar district and was detained when he drove a hijacked car in the territory of Takachi makhalla of Uchtepa district.
The criminal case was opened and an investigation is underway. Thief can be punished with imprisonment from 10 to 15 years.
