Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- National Interbank Processing Center LLC (HUMO) has been transformed into a joint-stock company. This was announced by the State Assets Management Agency.

In accordance with paragraph 1 of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-381 from 30 November 2023, from 1 July 2024, a requirement was established for the creation and implementation of activities of payment system operators and payment organizations exclusively in the form of a joint stock company.

To implement this resolution, the corresponding order of the State Assets Agency was adopted on the reorganization of National Interbank Processing Center LLC into a joint-stock company, and the state registration of the company’s Charter in a new edition was carried out on 13 May 2024 at the Center for Public Services.

Currently, work is underway on the initial issue of shares of the joint-stock company “National Interbank Processing Center”.
