Warsaw University of Management Collegium Humanum to open a branch in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Warsaw University of Management Collegium Humanum will open its branch in Andijan. On 14 April, the Government of Uzbekistan adopted a corresponding resolution.
The branch is a non-governmental higher educational organization with full-time tuition on a paid contract basis.
According to the resolution, admission to the university will begin in the 2021/2022 academic year. The university will teach students in Uzbek, Russian and English languages.
The teaching staff of the branch will be formed from the specialists from Poland and other European countries.
It is expected that at the first stage, the university will train specialists in the following areas: finance and accounting, transport and logistics management, international business and marketing, tourism, management and marketing in hotel business and public catering, management of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as information and communication technologies.
The resolution said that 10% of the annual admission quota will be allocated to gifted children from socially vulnerable families to study on a grant basis. The branch will also provide a 50% discount to talented high performing students upon contract payment.
