For the first time, a scientist from Uzbekistan defended his dissertation at the International Scientific Council
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – On 16 October 2020, in the Almalyk branch of the National Research Technological University "MISiS" (Russia), the first in the history of domestic science was defended on the award of the scientific degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences (DSc) at the International Scientific Council, organized in accordance with the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2019.
The members of this international scientific council are twelve leading scientists of world renown, such as V. Melnik, V. Atrushkevich, V. Galkin, M. Rakhutin, L. Kantovich, representing the Eurasian Academy of Mining Sciences (EAGN), established within the framework of the World Mining Congress in 2018, the Freiberg Mining Academy (FGA), as well as the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys (MISiS), which is one of the top 100 world educational and research centers of metallurgy.
The defense took place in the specialty "Mining machines" of the dissertation candidate N.А. Abduazizov, on the topic: "Development of methods to improve the efficiency of hydraulic mining excavators based on the optimization of their hydraulic systems."
