Fitch Assigns Uzbekhydroenergo First-Time ‘B+’ Rating; Outlook Stable
On 22 October 2020, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Furkat Sidikov held talks in the format of video conferencing with Director of the Center for Information and Arab-Russian Studies of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Majid At-Turki.
In 9 months of 2020, Uzbekistan exported 455 items of textile products to the amount of US$1.3 billion. Compared to the same period of last year, the export of textiles will increase by US$171.6 million, or 14.6%, the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan said.
On 18 October 2020, the Protocol on introducing amendments to the Convention between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Korea for the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of tax evasion on income and capital of February 11, 1998 entered into force.
